Teracotta House calls on the love of the client for Mid-Centruy modern aesthetics. Spanning a modest size of 500sqft, the spatial planning and reshuffling was crucial in creating an efficient space that suited the lifestyle of the client. Earthy bricks and tiles recalls the nostalgia of vintage 1950’s, creating a more raw and textured finish as compared to typical glossy apartment refurbishment projects.
